Concord Medical Services Holdings to Present at Two Upcoming Conferences

Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited ("Concord Medical" or the "Company") (NYSE: CCM), the operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced that it is scheduled to present at the following investor conferences:

The Company will present at the 16th CLSA China Forum, to be held from May 16 through 18, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing. Management will be available for meetings throughout the conference.

The Company will also present at the J.P. Morgan's 7th Annual China Conference, to be held from June 1 through 3, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing. Management will be available for meetings throughout the conference.
