Concord Medical to Hold Annual General Meeting on November 26, 2011

BEIJING, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --

Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited ("Concord Medical" or the "Company") (NYSE: CCM), operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on November 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.Beijing time. The meeting will be held at its headquarters on the 18th Floor, Tower A, Global Trade Center, 36 North Third Ring Road East, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100013, China. Shareholders as of the record date of October 27, 2011 are entitled to vote and to attend the meeting.
