BEIJING, Jan 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited ("Concord Medical" or the "Company") (NYSE: CCM), a leading specialty hospital management solution provider and operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced that its subsidiary, Meizhong Jiahe Hospital Management Corp. Ltd ("MHM"), previously known as CMS Hospital Management Co., Ltd, has completed two rounds of the private offering of additional shares and received proceeds of approximately RMB141.67 million. MHM plans to use the proceeds of the private offering for its internal restructuring and working capital and general corporate purposes.
